Definitely needed for winter camping adds to an already perfect hammock!

Good product. Very easy to install in the hammock.

The underquilt is great nice and warm and it keeps the cold air off of you. Would have given it a 5 star but the bag it goes in needs to be a bit bigger besides that it was a nother good buy from Lawson

The quilt itself is made of nice materials. It feels like a quality piece and you can definitely feel the extra insulation when laying in the hammock. My only issue was setting it up. It's supposed to slide on the ends of the spreader bars, which seems easy enough. My loops were so small on mine that I couldn't get 3 of the sides to slide on. They look like they were sewn to close together. It took me almost 20 minutes to get it on finally. Not very practical if you're standing outside in the cold. I wouldn't want to have to be there 45 mins setting everything up just to relax. Other than that issue it's a good piece to have with you. Be aware it is quite large also. Larger than my sleeping bag for sure.

Adds another layer to comfort in the Lawson hammock! Highly recommend if you are camping in the cold!

Great company to deal with. Quality products!

Kept me toasty warm in the air next to a river - worked equally well in a bivvy setup inside the hammock keeping the cold ground away! A must have.

It is definitely designed for this hammock, because it fits underneath perfectly, from the head to toe (unlike some underquilts that just cover the back). I haven't tried it in rain, yet, but it does appear to be just small enough that the rain fly will protect it. On my latest camping trip, I thought I'd be fine with temperatures "only in the 60's", but got started to get cold and got up and put the underquilt on. There was an immediate effect once I got back in, and I stayed warm for the rest of the night. I highly recommend adding this to your Lawson Hammock.
