Lawson Hammock Return Policy

We are happy to offer a 30-day, satisfaction guarantee on all Lawson Hammock products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email so we can resolve the issue. (Contact page located here).

In order to receive a full refund, the products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The products must be in clean, unused condition and all parts of the product (including stuff sacks, rainflies, carabiners, etc.) must be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please allow 10-14 days for processing and refunding.

Lawson Hammock Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over $99. International shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. Customs charges (if any) vary by country and Lawson Hammock is not responsible for any additional cost/duties for importation. 

Lawson Hammock Warranty

We offer the following One Year Limited Warranty on all Lawson Hammock Products: Lawson Hammock Co. warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from date of purchase. The product must be returned, freight prepaid, and with proof of the date of purchase, to the Lawson Hammock dealer from whom this product was purchased.
